I’ve worked in social work for over twelve years, providing services for a variety of different populations, including disabled children, survivors of domestic violence, mentally impaired individuals, and older adults. I graduated from the College of New Rochelle with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I received a Master of Social Work degree in the Aging field of practice from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.
My goal is to bring culturally competent, individualized clinical and social services to a diverse client population with distinguished expertise in the field of aging, trauma, depression, anxiety, geriatric care management, and holistic treatment options as a certified medical cannabis consultant. I hold professional memberships with the National Association of Social Workers NYC Chapter, National Association of Puerto Rican and Hispanic Social Workers, Psi Chi The International Honor Society of Psychology, and Aging Life Care Association.
I am a Bronx native with roots from Puerto Rico and was born a Southern belle in South Caroline before moving to New York. I am a devoted mother of two and a life partner to my fiancee while being human in public. I was named one of Social Work Today’s Dedicated and Deserving Social Work award in 2019 and Advocate of New York City with NYC Mayor’s office in 2018.

Counseling for all ages, focusing on an individual's strengthens, talents, and network to bring out a stronger and healthier them in individual, couple and family sessions in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Geriatric Care Management for older adults and their families or community professionals to prepare for their futures and concerns during times of crisis by identifying resources, implement services and understand their options.
Medical Cannabis Consultation for adults who are curious about how safe cannabis consumption can help with their chronic pain and mental well-being through education, advocacy and empowerment to explore and discover their own options.
